Healthcare Triangle Inc.'s subsidiary, QuantumNexis, has secured strategic partnerships in Malaysia that are projected to generate approximately USD 2 million in revenue, marking a significant step in the company's international expansion strategy. This development highlights QuantumNexis's rapid market penetration and its dedication to advancing mental health and digital health innovation globally. The partnerships involve collaborations with key Malaysian entities to deploy QuantumNexis's GenAI-powered integrative mental health platform, Ziloy, targeting both small and medium-sized enterprises and broader enterprise populations.
The first partnership is with V-Sure Tech Sdn Bhd, Malaysia's sole on-demand lifestyle digital insurer, to offer Ziloy to SMEs. Additionally, QuantumNexis is engaging with Malaysia's leading Third-Party Administrator to extend digital access to Ziloy for enterprise populations, underscoring the growing demand for intelligent healthcare solutions in the region. These initiatives are driven by demographic insights, with recent surveys indicating that 29% of Malaysia's population aged 16 or older experience mental health problems, creating a substantial opportunity for QuantumNexis to address pressing mental wellness needs.
Suresh Venkatachari, Chairman of QuantumNexis, emphasized the company's role in the global shift toward AI-powered digital health, stating that these partnerships reflect their vision to redefine healthcare delivery worldwide. Sujatha Ramesh, Chief Operating Officer of Healthcare Triangle, Inc and QuantumNexis, highlighted the alignment of these initiatives with HCTI's global growth strategy and the increasing international demand for innovative healthcare solutions. Beyond Malaysia, QuantumNexis is exploring further opportunities in Southeast Asia, including NDA-backed discussions with hospital networks for mental wellness and wound care deployments, and pilot planning with a psychological rehabilitation group.
These efforts are part of HCTI's broader strategy to scale Gen AI-powered healthcare solutions globally, reinforcing its position as a leader in digital transformation for the healthcare and life sciences industries. The partnerships in Malaysia not only generate significant revenue but also demonstrate QuantumNexis's commitment to leveraging AI-driven platforms to meet critical health challenges, setting a precedent for future expansions in the region and beyond.
