RnPT Inc., a company in the medical tourism sector, is transforming Korean healthcare for international patients with its platform, KRACE. The service focuses on health checkups and aesthetic treatments for English-speaking foreigners, providing access to Korea's top-tier medical institutions. KRACE uses a web-based integrated management system that allows users to identify health concerns, select services, and manage appointments through AI-driven data analysis for personalized healthcare.
The platform specifically addresses language and cultural barriers by offering intuitive health analysis tools and simplifying booking, payment, and follow-up care. It connects patients with trustworthy medical institutions, building confidence in the process. RnPT has identified the United States, Japan, and Southeast Asia as primary target markets and is building partnerships with local hospitals, health checkup centers, travel agencies, and hotels in these regions. The company is also exploring collaborations with medical tourism agencies and insurance providers to expand region-specific services.
RnPT has secured agreements with approximately 60 primary medical and health checkup centers in Korea and aims to attract 100 foreign patients by 2024. To achieve this, the company is piloting programs with local partners and negotiating entry into the U.S. market. RnPT plans to establish a foundation for global growth by working with regional medical professionals. The company's strategic location in Pangyo Techno Valley provides advantages due to its robust IT infrastructure and networking opportunities, supporting global expansion.
Recently, RnPT participated in the 2024 NYC Startup Summit, organized by Gyeonggi-do and GBSA, connecting with global investors and exploring funding opportunities. As KRACE gains traction, it highlights the value of Korean healthcare internationally, aiming to position Korea as a leading destination for medical tourism by offering tailored services and a superior experience. This aligns with Pangyo Techno Valley's goals as a global integrated R&D hub, which hosts 1,666 companies and employs 78,751 people, providing an ideal ecosystem for innovative companies like RnPT to grow and impact the global stage.
