OMRON Healthcare Co., Ltd. has announced the U.S. launch of the VIVA 360+ Full-Body Smart Scale, a connected body composition monitor that provides up to 18 body metrics, a new Athlete Mode, and integration with the OMRON Connect app. The product launched in the United States on October 13, with rollout to other markets expected in the coming months.
The VIVA 360+ addresses a growing consumer shift toward understanding health beyond simple body weight. The device also introduces Athlete Mode, which uses athlete reference data to provide measurements tailored to individuals with higher muscle mass relative to their BMI, such as runners and strength-training enthusiasts.
