Synbio International, Inc. (OTC: SYIN) has announced a strategic licensing, manufacturing, supply, and revenue sharing agreement with MD PHD Wellness, Inc., securing exclusive rights to commercialize MD PHD Wellness' proprietary nutraceutical formulations throughout the United States and Canada. The agreement covers the flagship anti-anxiety nutraceutical formulation, which will be marketed under Synbio's Healing Force™ brand, and establishes a framework for evaluating and commercializing additional wellness products over time.
This partnership provides Synbio with immediate access to proprietary products without the time and cost burden of developing formulations from scratch. By leveraging MD PHD Wellness' expertise in product development, manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain management, Synbio can focus on branding, marketing, sales, and distribution. Following recovery of approved costs, profits will be shared between the parties.
Claudio Solitario, CEO of Synbio International, called the agreement a transformational milestone. "Rather than building a nutraceutical business product by product, we have established a strategic partnership that combines MD PHD's product development and manufacturing expertise with Synbio's commercialization capabilities," he said. "It gives Synbio immediate access to proprietary products capable of generating near-term commercial revenue while establishing a framework to expand our wellness portfolio over time."
The global nutraceutical market continues to expand rapidly, and this move positions Synbio to participate through a portfolio of scientifically developed products. The company also continues to advance its longer-term AI-driven healthcare technologies, including a software that screens for mental health conditions using facial analysis. This dual-track approach aims to provide multiple avenues for growth and establish recurring revenue to support innovation.
MD PHD Wellness was founded by Dr. Robert Lawrence, a physician and scientist with two Ph.D.s in Nuclear Physics and Biomedical Engineering, and Dr. David Anderson, an experienced physician and researcher who helped develop the licensed formulations. Their expertise in nutraceuticals, medical technologies, and scientific validation underpins the quality and credibility of the products.
This licensing agreement is a significant step for Synbio as it diversifies its portfolio and accelerates its path to revenue. For the nutraceutical industry, it underscores the value of strategic partnerships in bringing scientifically developed products to market efficiently. For consumers, it may offer new options for wellness support, particularly in the anti-anxiety segment, which aligns with growing interest in mental health.
As Synbio moves forward, the company plans to launch its nutraceutical products online in 2026. The partnership with MD PHD Wellness is expected to provide a steady stream of products and revenue, supporting Synbio's mission to improve quality of life through science-based solutions.
